Refund and Rescheduling Policy
At Topline Nursing prep Centre, full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot in a scheduled course.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
• Cancellations made three (3) or more business days in advance will be eligible for a 50% refund."
• If registration occurs within two (2) business days of the course start date, the registration is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Only one (1) rescheduling opportunity is permitted per registration. Once a course has been rescheduled, it becomes non-refundable.
Attendance Policy.
• Full participation and 100 percent attendance are mandatory. Late arrivals will not be accommodated and will not be eligible for rescheduling or refunds.
• Participants who fail to attend/no show on their scheduled in-person session will not be eligible for a refund or transfer.
Blended Courses & Online Modules
• No refunds will be issued for blended course registrations once access to the online modules has been initiated.
• It is the participant’s responsibility to confirm receipt of access to the Canadian Red Cross pre-course modules. If you have not received this email within 48 hours of registration, please contact our office immediately.
• Completion of the online modules is mandatory prior to the in-person session. Failure to complete the online modules will result in denial of entry to the class, and no refunds or transfers will be provided.
